Account Closure & Suspension

• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to verify identity through the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe
• Request from legal or law enforcement authorities
• Member's own decision to close account

If your account is closed for reasons other than a terms violation, any valid remaining balance will be refunded via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. However, if the closure is due to fraud or illegal activity, funds may not be returned while an investigation is ongoing.
